What is AWS Activate?

AWS Activate is a free program that provides eligible startups with a host of benefits, including AWS credits, and AWS Support credits to help startups quickly get started on AWS and grow their business.

 


How many credits can Capdesk clients redeem?

Capdesk customers are eligible for AWS Activate credits to help grow and scale their businesses. Capdesk customers are eligible for all three of the following tiers:

Eligibility criteria for $5k
Eligibility criteria for $25k

• Founded within the past 10 years

• Must not have previously received AWS Activate credits at equal or greater value

• Must be a Capdesk customer

• Must not have previously raised venture funding greater than a Series A

• Founded within the past 10 years

• Must not have previously received AWS Activate credits at equal or greater value

• Must be a Capdesk customer

• Must have raised greater than or equal to £/500k in funding within the past 12 months but nothing greater than a Series A

NOTE: Unused AWS Activate credits do expire in accordance with AWS policies. AWS credit awards are valid for two years from the date your AWS credits are issued. The $5k and $25k credit offerings expire in 24 months. To view your AWS credits’ expiration date, please visit the credits page of the AWS Billing and Cost Management Console or log into the AWS Activate Console.

 


What is the process to redeem credits?

Once your Capdesk account is activated (set up and live), you’ll receive a link to apply for your AWS credits. Contact your Account Manager or Capdesk Customer Success team if you do not receive the code.

 

Is the offer valid for existing Capdesk customers?

Existing Capdesk customers may qualify to redeem the offer. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
